In winter, you cannot reach the hotel by car – we are directly on the ski slope (which is certainly one of the reasons you’re planning to visit us in winter, right? :-)).

You will park your car in one of the official car parks in Pec pod Sněžkou (or nearby) and then you need to choose one of the options to get up from your car.
→ Backpack on your back, let yourself be taken up by the Javor ski lift and ski down to our hotel.
→ Backpack on your back and walk on foot up.
→ Taxi Scooter (open-top vehicle): Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and a small child. The price for transport up/down is 500 CZK from the scooter stand. For reservations or any inquiries, please call our reception +420 724 000 033. Please book only when you are at your parking spot – so you know where the taxi should pick you up.
→ Traxter (enclosed vehicle): Maximum occupancy is 5 people (suitable for babies and dogs). The price for transport up/down from the scooter stands is 1,000 CZK. For reservations, please contact Taxi Pec (www.taxipec.cz), phone +420 608 033 242. Please book only when you are at your parking spot – so you know where the taxi should pick you up.

If you park in the P1 multi-storey car park (by the petrol station, 800 m before Pec pod Sněžkou), you will still need to get to the taxi/Traxter stand. You can either wait for the ski bus service, which is free of charge. Alternatively, we can arrange car transport for you for 200 CZK from P1 to the stand (for reservations, please call reception +420 724 000 033).

It depends on the time of year you plan to visit us.

In summer, it’s easy. You can reach us simply on foot (approx. 2 km from the bus in Pec pod Sněžkou), or by car.
If you decide to travel by car: Before driving up to us, you will purchase an entry permit from KRNAP and then park at our hotel. Payment is cash only (the machine accepts coins and banknotes up to 500 Kč), the machine’s location is on the map here >>. For one vehicle and one day (single entry), you will pay 100 Kč, and for 2-8 days, it’s 200 Kč. This fee aims to regulate the number of vehicles in KRNAP.
At our hotel, you will then pay a parking fee of 70 Kč / car / night.

In autumn, winter, and spring, the access road may be covered with snow or ice, making the path upwards impassable. In that case, you will park your car in Pec pod Sněžkou or a parking lot of your choice and select a way to get to the hotel.

A buffet breakfast is always included in the price of your accommodation. With half-board, you also have dinner – consisting of soup and a main course – included.
If you add full-board, then you’ll have your meals for the entire day prepaid with us – breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Both lunch and dinner always consist of soup and a main course.

Both half-board and full-board can be purchased in advance with your accommodation, or you can decide to add meals upon arrival. Meal prices are listed in the price list above.

Modifications to meals within the half-board or full-board package are not possible – we prepare a set menu for all guests. If you prefer to select your own meals, please take advantage of our restaurant and its à la carte menu.

We have two room categories – Economy and Standard. Whichever room type you choose, a buffet breakfast awaits you every morning – it is always included in the basic accommodation price.

Christmas in the mountains has its own magic.
If you wish to spend Christmas in the Krkonoše Mountains without the hassle of preparing Christmas Eve dinner, we will take care of it for you at Žižkova bouda. On Christmas Eve, we will prepare a traditional Czech Christmas menu served as a lavish buffet, which is included in the price of your stay from 24. to 25. 12.
You can then enjoy the day your way – perhaps outdoors in the mountains – and in the evening simply gather for a delicious meal and savor the Christmas atmosphere together.

A quick practical note: On 24. 12., our restaurant will be closed during the day as our kitchen will be fully dedicated to preparing the Christmas Eve dinner.

We’ll celebrate the last evening of the year together at Žižkárna.
If you’re looking for a New Year’s Eve stay in Pec pod Sněžkou, you’ll find live music, a lavish New Year’s Eve buffet, and a communal midnight toast with us. You’ll welcome the New Year right here in the Krkonoše Mountains, high up in the mountains.

The price for the stay on the night of 31. 12. to 1. 1. is therefore higher, and the New Year’s Eve program is already included in the price. No additional charges apply on site.
